Though the museum is beautiful, it was difficult to set it up for the number of guests I had. I knew about the space constraints, so I wasn't expecting anything grand - just nice. However, my expectations were wildly exceeded by Christine, her staff, and CF Catering. The cheese spread that greeted us when we walked in the door was a most incredible sight. The presentation was absolutely spectacular. Every guest commented on it. The cheese selection was outstanding as well, and there was plenty of food to go around. Our hearty appetizers were a hit. I wish I had not been so busy, because I would have liked to eat more of them. Everything was beautifully presented and extraordinarily delicious. I would use CF Catering again in a heartbeat. I think it's also important to mention that Christine was very accommodating of my multiple food allergies. I didn't want to have anything at the wedding that I couldn't eat, and she went above and beyond to alter recipes and go over all ingredients with me to make sure I wouldn't have to worry about having an allergic reaction on my wedding day. I was not an easy customer, but Christine never once let me know that I was being difficult. She was professional but personable, and her skills in the kitchen are unmatched. I recommend her to anyone, and should I ever have reason to have another catered event, I will most definitely call her... My wedding day was a great success, in large part because of Christine.
